26th Sarajevo Film Festival announces call for volunteers

Every year, volunteers help make the Sarajevo Film Festival a vibrant and successful event. Applications will remain open until July 30.

Volunteering is a unique opportunity to become a part of the 26th Sarajevo Film Festival taking place from August 14-21, 2020.

Volunteering at the Sarajevo Film Festival is an opportunity not only to attend selected film screenings, but also to acquire new event planning skills in a friendly and professional environment.

Applications are now available online via this link and will remain open until July 30.

We’re looking for volunteers to assist in all areas of the Festival—including, but not limited to, guest registration and hospitality, supporting the work of our press office and assisting our staff with various technical preparation activities. Besides becoming a part of the community of one of the leading international film festivals, our volunteers also have a chance to gain experience, knowledge and a wide range of new skills.

Sarajevo Film Festival volunteers are:

-          Responsible, professional, reliable and committed to their work,

-          Punctual,

-          Respect the rules, goals and values of the Sarajevo Film Festival,

-          Regularly participate in all educational activities,

-          Open for communication and cooperation with volunteer coordinators and other members of Festival staff.

Your health and safety is our top priority! Volunteers will have special safety measures.

Every year, volunteers help make the Sarajevo Film Festival a vibrant and successful event.

We are looking forward to welcoming them again this year and wish them a lot of success in their work 14-21 August 2020!
