Docu Talents from the East Call for Entries

The most promising project receives the Docu Talent Award in co-operation with Current Time TV. The award is accompanied by a prize in the amount of 5,000 USD.

For 17th edition of the Docu Talents organized by Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival we are looking for new feature-length creative documentary projects from Central and Eastern Europe, in production or post-production.  

The most promising project receives the Docu Talent Award in co-operation with Current Time TV. 

The award is accompanied by a prize in the amount of 5,000 USD. 

The submission deadline is May 18, 2021. 

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Mid-length or feature-length documentary projects at the post-production stage with expected premiere between September 2021 and August 2022. Documentary projects are selected by representatives of the Ji.hlava IDFF.

ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine.
