Fatih Akin’s IN THE FADE – Open Air

As part of the Open Air Programme of the 23rd Sarajevo Film Festival, the film IN THE FADE, by Fatih Akin was shown tonight in the Skenderija Hall in Sarajevo, where projection was moved from the Raiffeisen Open Air Cinema due to rain.

Katja's life changes forever after DNA analysis reveals that the remains found on the site of a bomb attack belong to her husband and son. Shortly after, police arrest two young neo-Nazi sympathisers suspected of the crime. In order to ensure the suspects will not escape punishment, Katja takes justice into her own hands.
