Special screening of the film ÁRNI on Thursday and Friday

A special screening of the film ÁRNI by director Dorka Vermes as part of the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival will be shown on Thursday, August 22, at 4:30 pm in Cineplexx 4, and on Friday, August 23, at 11 pm in the Meeting Point Cinema.

Sensitive and bird-like, Árni works as a handyman at a small, dingy travelling circus that tours rural areas. The troupe is made up of a family that runs the circus, and Árni is the only non-family member. He lives like a monk; his days revolve around feeding the animals and executing various tasks. The circus gets a new python, which inspires curiosity in Árni. The process of taming the creature gradually has an impact on him.
